About the Role

Join a global recruitment team focused on inclusive talent acquisition

This role supports the Recruitment Centre of Excellence in identifying and engaging qualified candidates for experienced positions across the EMEA region. You will play a key part in shaping the early stages of the hiring journey, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential candidates using professional networks, social platforms, and external agencies
  • Review applications and conduct initial assessments to evaluate fit for roles
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday)
  • Communicate regularly with hiring teams and stakeholders to provide progress updates
  • Support candidate engagement through clear, timely, and professional interactions
  • Participate in recruitment events to promote employer branding and attract diverse talent
  • Use data and market insights to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline
  • Collaborate with HR and People Experience teams to ensure a consistent recruitment process
  • Apply inclusive sourcing strategies that support diversity and equity goals

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven background in recruitment, either in-house or within an agency setting
  • Experience sourcing professionals using LinkedIn, CV databases, and employee referrals
  • Fluency in German—essential for candidate and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook
  • Experience with Workday is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with European recruitment practices and professional services environments is an advantage
