Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support and specialized knowledge in talent acquisition functions.
- Design and apply inventive sourcing methods to consistently identify qualified individuals for assigned roles using outreach, marketing techniques, referrals, and direct search approaches.
- Conduct initial contact with potential candidates, build relationships with referral networks, and clearly present opportunities to prospective talent.
- Build long-term talent pipelines and generate meaningful referrals from senior-level professionals and management circles.
- Lead early-stage outreach efforts to locate suitable candidates for senior recruiting roles, aligning with organizational goals and talent needs.
- Support the growth and engagement of both active and passive candidate pools.
- Apply targeted research and sourcing actions to meet objectives outlined in the Diversity Hiring Success plan, contributing to a more inclusive workforce.
- Maintain a seamless and positive experience for executive candidates from first interaction through to hire.
- Help set a new benchmark in talent acquisition by effectively attracting, engaging, and placing top-tier talent to drive business results.
- Champion company culture by embodying core values in daily activities and interactions.
