While no specific role is currently open, Hopae seeks individuals who can eventually join core functions or help shape strategy around EU regulations and digital identity initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Join one of our core global functions — Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Marketing, or Business
- Help navigate and shape Hopae's strategy across EU regulatory frameworks (eIDAS 2.0, AML, GDPR, MiCA)
- Build and grow partnerships with financial institutions, regulators, and enterprise clients across the Benelux and broader EU
- Bridge Luxembourg's institutional ecosystem with Hopae's global hubs in Paris, Seoul, and San Francisco
- Contribute to the European Digital Identity Wallet initiative and OpenWallet Foundation projects
- Help establish and scale Hopae's presence in one of Europe's most strategically important markets
What We're Looking For
- A professional based in or relocating to Luxembourg, with appetite for high-impact work
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable operating in multilingual, multicultural, and cross-border environments
- Thrives in fast-moving, async, globally distributed teams
- Excited to help build something with real institutional and societal impact
Nice to Have
- French, German, or Luxembourgish is a meaningful plus
- Familiar with (or genuinely curious about) EU financial regulation, digital identity, or regtech
