Responsibilities

- Collaborate with talent teams to develop materials for hiring initiatives, job fairs, and outreach programs.
- Convert hiring goals into compelling visual content that draws in applicants.
- Create materials highlighting job opportunities, workplace culture, remote work options, training, and employee benefits.
- Respond to urgent and routine requests for creative content related to recruitment.
- Improve the consistency and quality of visual branding across all candidate touchpoints.
- Suggest creative ideas to make campaigns more engaging for target audiences.
- Support content creation that expands visibility on digital and traditional recruitment channels.
- Keep branding materials current, relevant, and competitive in the talent market.
- Organize design files, templates, and editable assets for efficient access and reuse.
- Maintain a centralized library of approved brand elements, logos, and campaign visuals.
- Manage revisions, feedback cycles, and final delivery in line with team needs and deadlines.
- Ensure quick turnaround times and accurate version management for all design requests.
