About the Role
This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, primarily within engineering. The specialist will partner with hiring managers, refine sourcing strategies, enhance candidate experience, and contribute to diversity and inclusion goals while ensuring efficient and scalable hiring practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, especially in engineering
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
- Identify top talent through proactive outreach and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Provide timely feedback to applicants
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams on process improvements
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Refine job descriptions to attract qualified candidates
- Stay updated on talent market trends and competitor landscape
- Conduct labor market research to inform sourcing plans
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles
- Represent the employer brand during candidate interactions
- Assist in recruitment marketing efforts
- Evaluate sourcing channel effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires
- Participate in recruitment process audits
- Contribute to employer branding strategies
- Use data to recommend hiring optimizations
