Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques, supporting both current and future hiring needs.
Foster a “referral culture” to encourage employee-driven talent referrals across teams.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to DEI goals by proactively sourcing, building diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to enhance collaboration, alignment, and accountability throughout the hiring process.
Coach and guide hiring managers, providing training and best practices to equip them for success.
Partner closely with business units to maintain a deep understanding of their evolving needs and stay informed on industry trends.
Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions.
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful interview process that reflects DoiT’s values.
Plan and execute programs and initiatives that enhance TA processes, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
Partner with the Employee Engagement Specialist to promote DoiT’s employer brand as an exceptional workplace.
