Hologram was looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hologram is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing team. You will work closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to execute recruiting initiatives and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process to hire top talent.

What You'll Do

  • Support the full life-cycle recruiting process, including creating job descriptions, coordinating interviews, liaising with hiring managers, and negotiating offers.
  • Source candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches, resume databases, and employee referrals.
  • Assist in developing innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Assist in streamlining the recruiting process and implementing recruiting plans.
  • Work closely with various departments to forecast their hiring needs strategically.
  • Optimize the ATS system by setting up email templates, workflow, requisition statuses, analytics, and hiring reporting.
  • Establish and manage staffing agency vendor relationships, including contract negotiations.
  • Update weekly recruitment reports for leader meetings, HQ, and the HR team.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in Company and/or Global Internship programs.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency using various ATS and other recruiting systems.
  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a self-motivated, team-player attitude.
  • A quick learner with great attention to detail.
  • Sound judgement and ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Deadline-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to quickly work into new tasks.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or relevant job equivalent.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector.

This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, or another senior management personnel that the CEO may designate.
