Job Mobz is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (remote, contract)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate status.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to source candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings with candidates.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and interviewers.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruitment.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
  • Provide support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies if necessary.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in recruitment or human resources.
  • Experience with remote recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices.
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with video conferencing tools.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
