As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in streamlining recruitment processes for a high-energy team. Based in either New York City or Los Angeles, you’ll ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining a professional and consistent experience from first contact through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them through each stage of the interview journey
- Coordinate scheduling for phone, video, and in-person interviews across multiple roles and time zones
- Organize logistics for candidate visits, including travel arrangements and internal meeting setups
- Ensure job postings are accurate and consistently published across career sites and niche platforms
- Support background verification procedures and maintain compliance documentation
- Use SuccessFactors to track candidate progress and manage recruitment data efficiently
- Manage new hire onboarding workflows, including offer letter preparation, orientation scheduling, and document submission
- Process and monitor travel and expense reports related to recruitment activities
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of experience in HR or a related role, including internships
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of attention to detail and organizational precision
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with scheduling tools such as GoodTime
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle
