Responsibilities
- Design and carry out sourcing strategies to identify qualified applicants for open roles and create talent pipelines for upcoming hiring needs
- Execute focused sourcing and promotional initiatives, including oversight of digital job advertisements
- Utilize social platforms and alternative channels to enhance visibility of the employer brand
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment journey, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to final hiring decision
- Assist with campus recruitment efforts such as career fairs, university partnerships, and early-career hiring programs
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners across regions to align on hiring goals and share timely updates
- Communicate regularly with Hiring Managers and regional HR teams to report progress and outline upcoming actions
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and trends, offering data-backed suggestions to improve hiring outcomes
- Guide Hiring Managers and HR partners on labor market conditions, industry trends, and competitive pay benchmarks
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legal requirements and regulations
