Responsibilities
- Support the creation and dissemination of job advertisements
- Work with recruitment team members to locate and engage potential candidates through social platforms and alternative sourcing methods
- Evaluate incoming applications and identified profiles for relevance and share findings with the recruitment team
- Conduct preliminary candidate screenings when required
- Help organize interviews, including scheduling and logistical coordination
- Assist in keeping candidate records current and managing updates within the applicant tracking system
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed
- Contribute to efforts that highlight organizational brand and cultural values to prospective candidates
- Partner with team members on recruitment-related projects, events, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations and legal requirements
