Responsibilities
- Support engineering, performance, and functional testing using dynamometer setups, thermal chambers for environmental conditions, vibration tables for durability, and other test systems.
- Manage full-cycle testing of complex systems with focus on precision, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Combine technical expertise with operational leadership, covering planning, execution, analysis, and resource coordination.
- Evaluate and authorize test plans to confirm compliance with safety standards, practicality, and project goals.
- Create detailed test procedures and configure automated test sequences such as scripts or protocols.
- Collaborate directly with technicians during test execution, providing hands-on guidance and support.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within the test environment, including equipment failures or incorrect setups.
- Offer technical insight to product teams investigating malfunctions in electronic or mechanical components.
- Maintain and enhance test bench functionality through regular updates and preventive maintenance activities.
- Lead all operations within test cells, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Validate test outcomes in real time by monitoring performance and making on-the-fly corrections when needed.
- Analyze collected test data to verify completeness, accuracy, and alignment with expected results.
- Produce and review test reports that clearly communicate findings, conclusions, and suggested actions.
- Assist project teams in addressing product failures through root cause investigation and resolution support.
