IQ Plus AG is looking for a System Administrator/in / Security Administrator/in to join our Security Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing security alerts, performing incident response, hardening customer environments, and conducting security awareness training.
What You'll Do
- Analyze security alerts and perform incident response.
- Harden customer environments.
- Conduct security awareness training.
- Receive and coordinate customer support requests.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Horizon, Citrix), and Sophos Firewall.
- Monitor the monitoring system and employees.
- Handle alerts in the Security Operations Center.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in the support area.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Expert knowledge of the technologies mentioned: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Horizon, Citrix), and Sophos Firewall.
- Very good German and English language skills.
