Responsibilities
- Manage, protect, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, desktops, software, and related systems while resolving technical issues.
- Provide support for Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and 9, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, WSUS, and certificate services.
- Carry out server provisioning, patch management, system upgrades, vulnerability fixes, configuration updates, data backups, and hardware lifecycle tasks.
- Oversee system performance, health, capacity, uptime, and security alerts through continuous monitoring practices.
- Assist end users and engineering staff via helpdesk operations, ticket resolution, incident response, and root cause investigation.
- Engage in infrastructure initiatives and, based on expertise, take ownership of technical planning and execution.
- Develop and keep current system documentation, network diagrams, operational procedures, build instructions, and troubleshooting logs.
- Work together with colleagues, clients, third-party vendors, and management across locations in Colorado and Texas.

- Must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Professional experience, military background, technical training, or industry certifications may substitute for a formal degree.
- Capable of working in person in Colorado and occasionally traveling to or supporting operations in Texas.
- Available to assist with scheduled maintenance or urgent outages outside regular business hours as required.
