Responsibilities
- Experience deploying and managing WebSphere Application Server ND, MQ, and HTTP server environments
- Perform daily operational tasks including automated and manual application deployments
- Execute OS patching using BladeLogic tools and manual methods
- Ensure continuous server operations and resolve technical issues promptly
- Monitor system performance and conduct tuning, utilizing Introscope for diagnostics
- Provide implementation assistance and off-hours on-demand support as needed
- Develop, update, and review system build documentation
- Maintain comprehensive application knowledge base with complete documentation
