Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to workstation operating systems
- Troubleshoot and fix all types of printer problems
- Address technical difficulties with standard office productivity software
- Support common line-of-business tools such as SAGE ERP and QuickBooks, and assist with niche applications using vendor guidance
- Manage and resolve server-related incidents and outages
- Handle basic to intermediate networking problems across remote and local environments
- Serve as a technical escalation resource for junior support staff
- Take part in an on-call schedule to support systems during evenings, weekends, and outside business hours

- Maintain a home office with a functional computer meeting minimum specifications: at least 8GB RAM and running either Windows 11 on an Intel i5/i7 (8th gen or newer), AMD Ryzen 5/7 (2000 series or newer), or macOS 12 or later
- Have a reliable internet connection offering minimum download and upload speeds of 5 Mbps
- Use a high-quality noise-canceling headset for clear audio during virtual meetings
- Possess a smartphone compatible with the Microsoft Authenticator application
- Equip a high-definition webcam for video conferencing needs
- Utilize a second monitor to support multitasking and productivity
- Use an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) when operating a desktop computer; not required for laptop users
- Demonstrate strong alignment with company culture and core values, which will be reviewed during the hiring process
- Be available to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
