Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee the Beta Cloud Service, allowing external partners to access prototype technology.
- Procure and set up physical hardware, including storage, high-performance computing, and networking equipment.
- Design and sustain comprehensive monitoring systems for internal servers and services to achieve 99.9% availability.
- Lead and implement internal tooling projects that enhance productivity across engineering teams.
- Manage the complete IT onboarding workflow, including provisioning workstations and automating user account setup across operating systems.
- Deliver responsive technical support during business hours to office-based and remote employees.
- Serve as the main technical liaison for third-party vendors such as internet providers and software license suppliers.
- Track and manage inventories of hardware and software assets to align with growth demands.
