Lead the future of post-sale growth for a company transforming how products are made. As SVP of Growth, you’ll own net revenue retention, expansion ARR, and the long-term success of the customer base. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and serving on the Leadership Council, you’ll shape company-wide strategy while building a scalable, data-driven organization.
What You’ll Own
- Define and evolve the global customer growth strategy, with measurable focus on retention, expansion, and product adoption
- Lead a 15+ person team across Customer Success and Account Management, developing managers into autonomous leaders
- Establish clear KPIs, operating rhythms, and forecasting discipline aligned with company revenue goals
- Design and implement a tiered customer coverage model that balances risk and opportunity
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure post-sale strategy supports broader go-to-market objectives
- Drive best practices in customer health scoring, success planning, and expansion motions
- Stay hands-on—engage with strategic accounts and support frontline teams when it matters most
- Foster a culture of ownership, empathy, and continuous improvement across the organization
Who You Are
- You have 12+ years in post-sale leadership roles within B2B or enterprise SaaS environments
- At least five years of experience managing through direct reports and building leadership depth
- You’ve successfully owned NRR at scale—building the metrics, playbooks, and team culture to deliver results
- You operate comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels, setting vision while staying close to execution
- You value repeatable processes over reactive fixes and lead with both accountability and empathy
- You have experience leading distributed or remote-first teams across time zones
- You’re passionate about mission-driven technology, particularly in supply chain, sustainability, or impact innovation
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $116,000 to $288,000 depending on location, with on-target earnings up to $340,000. All roles include performance-based incentives and an equity package. US employees receive medical, dental, and vision coverage (90% employer-paid), 401k matching up to 4%, unlimited PTO, 12 paid holidays, and parental leave.
