State Street is hiring a Sustainable Investing Analyst

State Street Investment Management is looking for a Sustainable Investing Analyst to play a key role in fulfilling sustainable investing-related reporting and disclosure requirements. You will support the firm’s market positioning and client service goals while helping meet regulatory obligations across various jurisdictions.

What You'll Do

  • Play a leading role in the firm’s reporting to satisfy sustainable investing-related disclosure frameworks and external commitments.
  • Help meet sustainable investing-related regulatory obligations in various jurisdictions.
  • Support accurate reporting of the firm’s sustainable investing AUM.
  • Help enable the broader Investments team and manage risk by centrally performing key tasks.
  • Contribute to effective internal oversight of sustainable investing and asset stewardship.
  • Monitor sustainable investing and asset stewardship-related market, regulatory, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate across functions to advance priorities.
  • Contribute to a variety of ongoing tasks and special projects as needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working for an asset manager.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in areas such as sustainable investing, project management, risk, or compliance.
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks such as Principles for Responsible Investment and Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures.
  • Experience with regulatory analysis or regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Experience implementing policies, procedures, and business controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and comfort with leveraging AI tools.
