Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide support on account management, billing issues, and service information
- Identify and recommend suitable products or service upgrades
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
- Meet performance and quality targets
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proficiency in German (B2 – C1 level)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working with computers and customer management systems
- Sales-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
