Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through technical setup, including system configuration, integration, and data migration to ensure smooth launch.
- Handle technical offboarding processes, including data export, system deactivation, access removal, and closure documentation.
- Carry out structured transfers of data across systems, ensuring accuracy through validation, transformation, and quality checks, with occasional direct stakeholder support during live sessions.
- Take ownership of escalated technical support tickets, resolving complex issues involving system settings, integrations, bulk data operations, and platform behavior.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand request context, define resolution timelines, and explain technical outcomes in clear, non-technical terms.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for processes, procedures, and client-specific setups to support consistency and knowledge retention.
- Identify recurring support patterns and develop automation, tools, or improved documentation to reduce ticket volume and speed up resolutions.
- Adjust to shifting priorities and contribute to evolving projects and responsibilities as business needs change.
