Kinsta is hiring a Support Engineer

Kinsta is seeking a Support Engineer to join our Customer Department. In this fully remote role, you will be a key technical resource for our customers, helping them resolve issues and optimize their use of our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries
  • Diagnose and resolve complex platform and application issues
  • Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve advanced problems
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base articles

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located in Lisbon.
