Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for account operations
- Ensure effective, economical, and safe utilization of chemicals and equipment
- Collaborate closely with sales management to develop and execute chemical programs
- Communicate with sales management regarding account activities
- Submit weekly reporting
- Manage inventory
- Conduct necessary testing at the account to verify the safety and efficacy of treatment programs
- Proactively engage in the event of issues at customer sites
- Promptly address concerns and collaborate with sales management and customer teams to devise corrective strategies
- Perform data analysis to evaluate program performance and support decision-making for ongoing improvements
