Responsibilities
- Work safely and ensure the effective and economical utilization of Solenis chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with sales management to maintain chemical program performance and deliver value to the customer.
- Communicate regularly with sales management regarding account activities to keep stakeholders informed.
- Conduct weekly reporting and manage inventory to maintain oversight and accountability.
- Perform necessary testing at the customer site to verify proper treatment and management of systems.
- Maintain all Solenis process instrumentation and chemical feed control systems, including basic care and troubleshooting.
- Proactively engage in resolving issues at customer sites and collaborate with sales and customer teams to develop corrective strategies.
- Analyze data to evaluate program performance and support decision-making for continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with and support process owners in a factory environment to lead and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
- Experience in maintaining process instrumentation and chemical feed control systems.
- Strong communication skills to interact with sales management and customer teams.
- Proficiency in conducting on-site testing and data analysis.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with water treatment chemicals or industrial process systems.
- Background in supporting large-scale industrial customers (CPI).
- Familiarity with monitoring and control systems in water-intensive industries.
