As a Supply Chain Specialist (Demand Planner), you will play a key role in ensuring reliable product supply and data accuracy for a new pet products business line. Your responsibilities will center on forecasting demand, managing inventory, and maintaining the integrity of commercial and product information across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Track inventory levels and proactively manage stock to maintain consistent product availability
- Prepare and issue purchase orders based on demand forecasts and business requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to oversee inbound deliveries to warehouses
- Support inventory planning that aligns with sales projections and operational capacity
- Collect, verify, and update data related to products, suppliers, and customers
- Ensure commercial terms and pricing are correctly configured and maintained in relevant systems
- Keep the central product database accurate, complete, and up to date
- Enforce data consistency and quality standards across platforms
- Monitor order fulfillment from initiation through delivery
- Generate invoices, credit notes, and associated documentation as needed
- Identify discrepancies in supply chain processes and work with internal teams to resolve them efficiently
Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Koropi. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and supplier teams to support a seamless and reliable supply chain operation.
