Responsibilities
- Maintains documented records of workplace hazards, inspection findings, and corrective or preventive actions taken.
- Ensures proper execution of document control processes, including management of digital files.
- Preserves both internal and external records related to facility operations and safety compliance.
- Ensures all records are clear, properly labeled, and traceable for audit purposes.
- Assists other departments during audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.
- Manages life safety tools and equipment, including inventory tracking and distribution.
- Handles clinic operations and maintains relationships related to medical services.
- Verifies compliance with mandated health and safety standards in work areas.
- Supervises clinic functions such as availability and condition of medical supplies and equipment.
- Conducts quarterly assessments of health trends and related management responses.
- Coordinates with local regulatory bodies including DOLE, PEZA, BFP, and client representatives during site visits.
- Performs routine floor inspections to monitor safety and compliance conditions.
- Develops standardized checklists to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
- Prepares annual statutory reports on health and safety program structure and performance.
- Submits yearly report on work-related accidents and occupational illnesses.
- Compiles annual summary of medical data for regulatory and internal use.
- Files monthly reports on workplace accidents and illnesses when incidents occur.
- Produces quarterly updates for the Health & Safety Committee.
- Submits quarterly self-monitoring documentation as required by Pollution Control Officer regulations.
