Responsibilities
- Review performance reports from the previous day, week, and month at the start of each workday.
- Follow up and maintain records for agents who are underperforming.
- Conduct daily team meetings to review actual results compared to targets and identify agents showing significant deviations.
- Set daily priorities and assess progress on process-level initiatives.
- Call impromptu meetings as needed to adjust operations based on real-time performance data.
- Dedicate daily time to agent development while adhering to the 80/20 time allocation principle.
- Monitor agent activities to recognize individual strengths and areas needing improvement, fostering long-term team effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent achievement and surpassing of all key performance metrics.
- Promote agent growth through structured talent management, monthly one-on-one sessions, quarterly evaluations, and personalized development strategies.
