About the Role
We are seeking a Success Team Lead to coordinate customer-facing and internal field operations. This position serves as the critical connection point between customers, field technicians, and organizational management. You will guide a distributed team of Success Representatives (located in the Philippines), ensuring smooth daily processes, outstanding customer interactions, and ongoing organizational enhancement.
This leadership opportunity targets an individual passionate about automotive services, deeply versed in protective coating technologies, and excel at constructing operational frameworks, team mentorship, and proactive problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Escalations
Direct all client-oriented operations, encompassing scheduling, inquiries, cancellations, and escalation management. You will represent the ultimate resolution point for complex customer scenarios, ensuring every client feels acknowledged, appreciated, and confident in their investment. Your approach will emphasize consultation and education, empowering customers through knowledge transfer.
Internal Operations & Field Support
Coordinate daily operational requirements for field personnel, including dispatch coordination, rescheduling, estimated arrival synchronization, technician equipment requests, time-off management, and customer contact routing. You will function as the critical interface between field teams and administrative operations, guaranteeing technicians possess necessary resources for exceptional service delivery.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise, instruct, and mentor a remote Success Representatives team based internationally. You will be accountable for coaching team members on product understanding, communication strategies, and operational performance. Cultivate a collaborative environment emphasizing accountability and team cohesion.
Continuous Improvement & Kaizen
Spearhead organizational enhancement initiatives. Establish robust feedback mechanisms connecting field staff, management, and support teams. Utilize collected insights to identify systemic challenges, develop targeted training programs, and recommend strategic policy adjustments that preemptively address potential customer concerns.

Automotive Expertise
Professional automotive industry experience with comprehensive understanding of protective coating technologies and vehicle maintenance protocols.
