About the Role

The professional in this position will guide schools and districts to effectively adopt and sustain high-quality instructional materials by providing tailored support, facilitating training, and driving long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation planning for schools and districts adopting new curricula.
  • Build strong relationships with district leaders, administrators, and educators.
  • Deliver professional development sessions to teaching staff.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback.
  • Monitor progress toward implementation goals using data and feedback tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize support strategies.
  • Troubleshoot challenges related to curriculum rollout and instructional practices.
  • Support data-driven decision-making at the school and district level.
  • Coordinate training logistics and scheduling with partner organizations.
  • Maintain accurate records of engagement and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Advocate for user needs within product development and support channels.
  • Facilitate peer learning communities among educators.
  • Assist in the development of supplemental resources and guidance materials.
  • Track adoption timelines and milestones across multiple partners.
  • Promote equity and access in instructional practices.
  • Ensure alignment between curriculum goals and district priorities.
  • Respond to partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver presentations at district and regional meetings.
  • Stay current with education policy and pedagogical trends.
  • Model inclusive and culturally responsive teaching strategies.
  • Support onboarding for new clients.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of support initiatives.
  • Escalate technical or systemic issues to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality of partner information.
  • Travel regularly within Northern California to support in-person engagements.

About the Role

Travel Requirement

Regular travel within Northern California is expected, including both urban and rural districts. Candidates must be prepared to conduct in-person visits, training sessions, and meetings as needed to support partners.
