- Collaborate with sector leadership and team members to guide project pursuit, award, design development, and resolution.
- Recognized as a design authority with strong credibility in the education sector.
- Provide strategic insight and innovative thinking internally and when engaging clients and education industry partners.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and skill in guiding integrated design teams across disciplines.
- Possess strong presentation abilities and effective written and verbal communication, supported by solid organizational capabilities.
- Participate in industry forums to enhance brand visibility through publications, conferences, and public speaking.
- Function productively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams across various office locations.
- Understand thoroughly how to coordinate across all design disciplines and their interrelated requirements.
- Available to travel as required by project demands.
