Responsibilities
- Create brilliant strategic thinking that powers the day-to-day campaign planning of some of our biggest clients
- Take a leading role shaping the overall media strategy of some of our smaller clients
- Inspire cross agency teams to build creative and effective solutions for clients
- Help clients build competitive advantage
- Play a leading role in identifying the insight and shaping the ideas at the heart of campaigns
- Collaborate with external agency partners to create integrated and effective recommendations for clients
- Play a critical role in new business and agency culture
- Lead the strategy on some smaller pitches
- Contribute to agency training initiatives
- Help produce thought-leadership
Requirements
- Working into an experienced Strategy Partner or Managing Partner of Strategy
- Responsibility to create brilliant strategic thinking that powers campaign planning
- Ability to inspire cross agency teams to build creative and effective solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 clients
- Experience in the insurance or comparison sector (e.g., Compare The Market)
- Proven track record in shaping media strategy and campaign ideas
