Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of comprehensive media and communications strategies across multiple client accounts to meet business and branding targets

- Supervise, coach, and develop junior strategy team members, supporting their professional growth
- Contribute strategic direction to new business proposals to help secure wins
- Represent the agency through thought leadership activities such as speaking engagements, panels, and authored content
- Monitor evolving media landscapes, technologies, and industry developments to maintain strategic relevance and innovation
