In this role, you’ll partner directly with clients and internal teams to design and refine conversational AI solutions that scale. Your expertise will bridge product vision, technical execution, and customer needs, ensuring intelligent agents deliver seamless, natural interactions.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding the development and implementation of AI agent solutions tailored to their business goals.
- Design, test, and optimize conversational flows, translating complex requirements into intuitive, effective agent behaviors.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact agent projects, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across technical and business teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to refine product capabilities based on real-world use cases and client feedback.
- Provide data-backed recommendations that inform both client strategy and internal product evolution.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong foundation in software development, product management, or engineering principles, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.
- Proven ability to analyze complex challenges, anticipate risks, and develop practical solutions in fast-moving environments.
- Experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously, with a focus on execution, clarity, and results.
Preferred Background
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Additional experience in technology-driven operations or business strategy, such as through an MBA or similar path, is highly valued.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role with primary locations in Paris and other global offices. The company operates primarily in person, fostering close collaboration across teams. Fluency in French is required to support client engagements and regional stakeholders.
