As the Strategic Territory Director for Taiwan and the Philippines, you will lead end-to-end sales strategy and execution, driving revenue growth and market expansion within the defense and public safety sectors. You are responsible for shaping territory development, managing complex sales cycles, and building lasting relationships with key government and commercial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique regulatory and procurement landscapes of Taiwan and the Philippines
- Manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead identification to deal closure—across government, military, and public safety customers
- Build and maintain a network of channel partners, evaluating performance and ensuring alignment with core customer access
- Monitor regional market dynamics, including budget cycles, geopolitical shifts, and competitor activity, to inform strategic planning
- Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and high-level customer meetings
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align customer needs with product development roadmaps
- Ensure CRM systems reflect accurate pipeline data to support forecasting and executive reporting
- Advise on local production feasibility and coordinate technical demonstrations with up-to-date equipment
- Support visits from corporate leadership and technical teams, facilitating local engagement and project coordination
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in sales or business development within defense, military, or public safety technology. Familiarity with military procurement processes and regulatory frameworks is highly valued. Proven success selling tactical communications systems—particularly MANET, RF networking, or wireless technologies—is essential.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities are required, along with experience mentoring teams or managing cross-functional initiatives. A background in military service is welcomed.

- Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Technical understanding of mobile ad-hoc networks and MIMO waveform systems
- Experience managing high-performance sales programs
Work Environment
This role supports 100% remote work based in Taiwan or the Philippines, with 50–75% travel expected for customer engagements, trade shows, and corporate events.
