In this remote position, you'll play a central role in shaping how managed services are sourced, optimized, and maintained across a network of integrated facilities. Your expertise will directly influence supplier selection, cost reduction, and long-term operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to refine sourcing approaches and improve service delivery in the Life Sciences vertical
- Conduct market and supplier analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings
- Design and execute comprehensive sourcing plans that align with goals for sustainability, diversity, and risk compliance
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including RFP development, supplier evaluation, due diligence, and onboarding
- Ensure sourcing activities follow company and client policies, with close coordination between legal, risk, and operations teams
- Support supplier performance initiatives and contribute to quarterly reviews to maintain strong vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate records across systems and ensure all sourcing workflows meet compliance and audit standards
- Guide operations teams through bidding, contracting, and implementation phases with clear direction and follow-up
- Help shape and promote supplier diversity programs in line with organizational and client objectives
Qualifications
Candidates should bring 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, particularly in facility services or indirect categories. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities are essential. You must be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Experience with procurement platforms such as Jaggaer, Corrigo, or Aravo is highly valued. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and background in construction or project-driven sourcing may provide an advantage.
Work Environment
This is a remote role with flexibility to work from any of the designated U.S. locations: Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City. The position supports a national account and requires coordination across time zones and functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 – $110,000. Benefits include enrollment in a 401(k) plan with company match, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave at full salary, and access to earned wages through Daily Pay. Paid time off and company-recognized holidays are also provided.
