Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching key decision-makers in the Legal and Financial industries needing workflow optimization.
  • Conduct consultative client meetings to uncover revenue potential and propose integrated labor and technology solutions for operational challenges.
  • Design comprehensive account strategies that combine staffing resources and AI-powered tools to achieve client objectives.
  • Create detailed, compelling proposals and quotes that clearly demonstrate the return on investment of technology-integrated BPO services.
  • Promote service expansion by showcasing benefits of automated and tech-augmented workflows to improve efficiency and market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of client-specific solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and current clients to deliver exceptional service and support long-term retention.
  • Manage sales forecasting and maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce.com to monitor pipeline development within the assigned sector.
  • Advance professional expertise by staying current with evolving AI capabilities and service offerings in the BPO industry.
  • Carry out additional tasks and contribute to special initiatives as directed by leadership.
