IFS is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager (Investor & Capital Markets)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end preparation of board reports, including narrative development, financial consolidation, commentary validation, and storytelling coherence, while collaborating closely with the CFO to align messaging and defend detailed line items.
  • Manage all aspects of the monthly finance review, including compiling materials, explaining performance variances, and enabling efficient decision-making by senior leadership through clear and concise reporting.
  • Take full ownership of quarterly lender reporting, including covenant calculations, financial summaries, and management commentary, meeting institutional standards for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with lender groups, serving as a key point of contact for ongoing compliance and information exchange.
  • Lead preparation for annual credit rating agency reviews and unscheduled engagements, ensuring a consistent, evidence-based narrative through well-structured data rooms and presentations.
  • Support debt capital markets activities such as refinancing, facility extensions, or restructurings by coordinating advisors, preparing executive materials, managing information flow, and enabling CFO decision-making under tight deadlines.
  • Provide analytical and operational support during equity-related events, including secondary transactions, investor onboarding, and liquidity planning, with responsibility for investor materials, Q&A readiness, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ensure all financial communications are strategically aligned, factually rigorous, and tailored to the expectations of institutional stakeholders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of financial performance drivers to anticipate questions and support executive leadership in high-stakes discussions.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the CFO by combining strategic insight with operational precision across multiple reporting cycles.
  • Deliver high-quality financial packs that enable fast, informed decision-making at the executive level.
  • Balance big-picture strategy with granular financial detail across all reporting functions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather accurate financial data and operational context for external reporting.
  • Ensure consistency in financial messaging across board, lender, and rating agency channels.
  • Anticipate stakeholder questions and prepare robust, data-driven responses in advance of key meetings.
