Responsibilities:
1. Support strategic large enterprise prospects and customers
2. Provide comprehensive account leadership throughout sales processes
3. Conduct proactive sales activities including opportunity development
4. Ensure successful product implementation and customer adoption
5. Serve as customer advocate by contributing product enhancement ideas
6. Generate qualified leads through strategic channel partnerships
7. Continuously expand industry knowledge and competitive understanding
8. Prepare comprehensive activity and forecast reports
9. Analyze root causes of sales outcomes
10. Communicate insights across marketing, technical, and sales teams
11. Facilitate communication between customer needs and product teams
12. Utilize consultative approach in developing tailored sales strategies
13. Create strategic account plans addressing specific business requirements
14. Collaborate with marketing on targeted strategies
