As a Strategic Account Executive in Latin America, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the region’s sales strategy from the ground up. You'll focus on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing relationships by deeply understanding customer needs and aligning them with tailored solutions. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes will be essential in driving revenue and long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new high-value clients within strategic market segments
- Develop targeted account plans to guide expansion and deepen customer engagement
- Engage decision-makers and active users through outreach across email, phone, and social channels
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to align go-to-market strategies
- Uncover new use cases by mastering discovery techniques and understanding customer workflows
- Maintain accurate CRM records to inform forecasting and strategic planning
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What You Bring
- 6+ years of proven sales experience in tech or SaaS, with a focus on the LATAM and Mexican markets
- Experience closing enterprise-level deals, including multi-stakeholder negotiations
- Fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English
- Strong track record of exceeding quotas in fast-moving environments
- Skilled in prospecting, territory management, and team-based selling
- Ability to build trust quickly and maintain relationships through consultative engagement
- Curiosity and openness to feedback, with a drive to continuously improve
