About the Role

This position is responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships to maximize retention, expansion, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution to deliver measurable value and drive recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with client objectives
  • Lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for strategic clients
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client needs
  • Monitor client usage and adoption metrics
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews to senior stakeholders
  • Forecast revenue and pipeline activity accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date account documentation
  • Advocate for client feedback internally
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Respond to client escalations promptly
  • Ensure alignment between client goals and product capabilities
  • Track competitive activity within key accounts
  • Support onboarding of new strategic clients
  • Participate in industry events and client meetings
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage account interactions
  • Maintain awareness of product roadmap developments
  • Collaborate with marketing on client-specific campaigns
  • Report on key account health indicators
  • Promote long-term client retention strategies
  • Align internal resources with client priorities
  • Conduct market analysis to inform account strategy
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Facilitate executive-level dialogues
