Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and foster a culture of excellence across the team.
- Deliver a personalized shopping experience and ensure all team members are equipped to do the same.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all product lines and company programs, and share this knowledge with team members.
- Act as a brand representative by demonstrating enthusiasm for customers and team, and uphold brand standards.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints by following established procedures and collaborating with support teams.
- Ensure all staff comply with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Lead onboarding and on-the-job training for new hires, including product knowledge, tools, goals, and online learning.
- Work with the Senior Sales Lead to schedule two weeks of training and shadowing for new employees.
- Drive ongoing training initiatives and encourage full team participation in learning programs.
- Attend marketing and product training sessions and ensure team members are informed about upcoming campaigns and launches.
- Partner with leadership to assess team performance and determine training requirements.
- Lead sales staff with humility, encouraging peak performance and professional growth.
- Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Manage daily operations including sales, orders, and inventory control.
- Understand company objectives, KPIs, and store performance metrics, and actively work to improve results.
- Serve as backup for the Senior Sales Lead, overseeing sales, inventory, compliance, and operational tasks when needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock status to team and customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
