Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Engage with customers in-store and by phone to assess needs and recommend suitable products
  • Foster reliable relationships with both wholesale and retail clients
  • Accurately manage sales transactions following established guidelines
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Keep detailed records of work orders and product formulas
  • Retrieve correct items from sales areas or storage facilities
  • Custom-tint and blend products according to customer requirements
  • Restock shelves and organize product displays
  • Keep store tools and equipment clean and functional
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed
  • Support delivery operations when necessary
  • Maintain assigned areas in fully stocked and visually appealing condition
  • Stay informed about product offerings and communicate choices clearly
  • Follow inventory management protocols
  • Propose ideas for increasing sales performance

  • Role includes interaction with customers, some of whom may be minors
  • Access to cash, payment systems, electronics, personal data, inventory, and valuable assets is required
  • Criminal background review is conducted to safeguard operations, reputation, and safety of all parties
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts is required
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 70 pounds
  • A valid, unrestricted driver’s license is mandatory
  • Applicants with arrest or conviction histories will be considered in compliance with applicable laws
