Responsibilities
- Converse with advanced language models on real-world STEM problem-solving scenarios and theoretical technical questions
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
- Capture reproducible error traces in model reasoning
- Document failure modes to help harden model reasoning
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- Challenge advanced language models on topics including thermodynamics, mechanics, calculus, statistics, materials science, electronics, algorithm design, and quantitative modeling
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (Portugal)
- Expertise in STEM fields such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering, data science, computer science, or scientific computing
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills — 'showing your work'
- Ability to supply a secure computer and high-speed internet
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM discipline
- Published research experience
- Engineering design experience
- Data analysis projects
- Coding portfolios
Benefits
- Freelance contractor role with hourly pay
- Pay range of $8 to $65 per hour based on experience, expertise, and geographic location
