JOB SUMMARY
This role involves overseeing Diagnostic Imaging infrastructure and end-user computing. The professional develops, implements, and supports core Diagnostic Imaging information systems to enable data-driven, cost-effective, high-quality patient care. Supports complex enterprise-level technology projects, including system development, implementation, and enhancement. Designs specifications for business system changes, collaborates with clinical experts to optimize patient care using data while adhering to clinical privacy and safety standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Employees must comply with Joint Commission Requirements and hospital policies, ensuring cultural sensitivity, patient rights, safety, and ethical treatment.
* Transforms organizational data usage through software development
* Investigates problem areas and creates software solutions
* Executes software solutions from concept to implementation
* Provides technical expertise on application design
* Conducts architectural assessments following healthcare cyber regulations
* Collaborates with IS teams for reliable system operations
* Develops applications merging data from multiple systems
* Creates physician and researcher-focused dashboards using Artificial Intelligence
* Monitors, administers, and documents systems and applications
* Performs system performance data collection and analysis
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Experience: Two (2) years of progressively responsible work
License/Certification: None required
KNOWLEDGE
* Technical consultation skills
* Web development, database, and network familiarity
* Data analysis process expertise
* Programming language proficiency (Java, C++, Python, JavaScript)
* Enterprise-level backup technology experience
* On-premises and cloud server capabilities
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Compensation based on role requirements
Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $52.69 to $69.81
