Responsibilities
- Lead new client intake processes by analyzing complex hiring needs and translating them into effective sourcing strategies across diverse roles including administrative, marketing, real estate, and technical positions.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to grasp client business models and hiring objectives, ensuring candidate matches reflect both strategic goals and underlying motivations.
- Direct and oversee the Sourcing team's operations, defining target candidate profiles and maintaining a robust, high-caliber pipeline that aligns with client-specific tools and workflows.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews from entry-level to executive tiers, serving as the final evaluation point for technical capabilities, English fluency, and elite performance standards.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Customer Success Managers to adjust search parameters using live feedback, aiming for strong client satisfaction and high acceptance rates of submitted profiles.
- Partner with Product Delivery Specialists to assess the viability and alignment of post-sale client requests, ensuring adherence to organizational standards before advancing sourcing efforts.
- Assume primary responsibility for complex or critical hiring needs that demand innovative sourcing methods, strategic thinking, and in-depth candidate assessment.
