Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social platforms, and other channels
- Carry out candidate interviews, screening processes, and onboarding procedures while aligning qualified individuals with specific role requirements
- Oversee early-stage candidate evaluation, including verification of work history and references, and coordinate offer letter distribution to secure top-tier hires
- Maintain accurate and current records in the Applicant Tracking System, reflecting candidate progress, onboarding status, and pipeline development, while informing relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with sourcing and talent acquisition teams to refine and diversify recruitment methods for high-volume, quality-driven hiring
- Guide candidates through role expectations, job duties, and operational workflows to ensure clear understanding prior to placement
- Recognize and act on opportunities to enhance staffing efficiency, talent pipeline development, sourcing techniques, and onboarding practices
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and talent acquisition outcomes for assigned accounts
