Responsibilities
- Interview and assign behavior technicians (BTs) to clients based on scheduling needs and skill alignment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff schedules and ensure proper coverage for all cases.
- Communicate with families and staff to expedite the initial onboarding (Meet & Greet, paperwork..) and confirm staff placements by sending out team Case Coordination emails.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Support new hires through the onboarding process
Requirements
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency in managing staffing needs
- Empathetic and professional communicator when working with families and therapists
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills to accurately match the right therapist to the right family
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
