- Set standards, best practices, and governance policies for test automation.
- Promote early testing integration and advance quality engineering across the development lifecycle.
- Embed automated testing into continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows.
- Guide engineering teams through mentorship, code reviews, and framework evaluations.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for performance, load, scalability, and system reliability testing.
- Monitor key quality metrics including automation coverage, defect leakage, test stability, and release preparedness.
