Responsibilities
- Lead technical programs across multiple teams, guiding them from initial problem identification through delivery and measurable impact.
- Define program strategy, scope, key milestones, interdependencies, decision-making processes, operational rhythm, and success indicators.
- Collaborate with leaders in DevOps, infrastructure, cloud, security, data, AI, and engineering to align priorities and coordinate work across departments.
- Improve incident management processes, including readiness, severity classification, escalation protocols, communications, command structure, post-mortem analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Manage programs that enhance system reliability and speed across build, test, release, deployment, monitoring, and production operations.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into clear decisions, risks, tradeoffs, and actionable steps for both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Identify gaps in ownership, processes, architecture, or operations and develop practical solutions to resolve them.
- Leverage data and operational metrics to assess program health, uncover systemic challenges, and validate the effectiveness of improvements.
- Foster alignment among teams with differing goals, priorities, and levels of technical understanding.
- Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority by promoting transparency, building trust, surfacing risks early, and ensuring accountability to shared outcomes.
- Represent program progress in leadership reviews with concise, decision-focused updates.
- Enhance program execution by creating reusable frameworks, templates, metrics, and scalable practices applicable beyond individual initiatives.
Compensation
Competitive base salary with eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus and equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), subject to board approval and vesting requirements.
