Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle program management for AI readiness, engineering excellence, and AI DLC deployment initiatives.
- Incorporate AI-powered development tools like Claude Code and skill tracking into current engineering processes to achieve quantifiable improvements in productivity.
- Assist engineering platform teams in upgrading CI/CD systems to support automated testing, code review, and deployment workflows driven by AI.
- Shape technical direction and ensure alignment between Engineering, Security, and Product leaders on challenges related to AI-generated code and autonomous agent systems.
- Coordinate roadmaps across multiple domains and teams to enable the phased introduction of AI advancements.
- Guide fellow TPMs and engineering staff to elevate the organization’s capabilities in managing AI-integrated technical programs.
- Address operational challenges, refine workflows, eliminate blockers, and communicate progress—using AI to simplify complex tasks without oversimplifying outcomes.
